1. I hope Jon Benet Ramsey's father calls into the show.......
2. I wonder how many people are behind bars based on he testimony of George Anthony.

One of the alternate jurors just called into the local news channel (WESH- watch it live-stream) quite clearly has the best lawyer/judge/commentators.

The Alternate said that it would have been a very easy decision had he been an alternate. George Anthony's likely untruthfulness (the affair with"River Cruise") and his combativeness and attitude on the stand destroyed his credibility about everything.

Listen to whatever Judge Eaton says. As ugly and folksy speaking he is, he is and as always been outstanding.

I haven't seen Judge Eaton on any of the national channels. I love Nancy Grace's attack on the fact that the defense team celebrated the victory.... Vile woman, she is.

^Nope. Remain human and believable. Big difference. Get pissed and take offense when appropriate -- jurors expect that and will find anything else odd. By way of example, I found George odd because of his perfect tan, shock of gray hair, dark brown eyebrows, etc. He seems self-involved in an bizarre way.

Because of this thread I just turned on her show for around 3 minutes for the first time ever. She appears to be near suicide, head down, talking in a monotone voice, near tears about the total injustice to Dr. Drew like a live on tv counseling session.

^She is a heartless, vitriolic, unforgiving person. All she has left if covering the celebratory party of the defense and vilifying them. As a trail lawyer, she knows that is to be expected. Particularly when you have spent the last year exclusively on one case. Frankly, I'd LOVE someone to fact-check her many "trials" and "convictions."

That's the real reason he is there.

Watch his show tonight. I bet it will have to do with family dysfunction, truthfulness and Cassey's dissociative affect.

Speaking of Dr. Drew: He's not a shrink or a psychologist. I think he is an Internist who specializes in addiction...

I would bet some serious cigars that she couldn't be a good prosecutor. Her judicial TV show sucks. Her legal advice column in the newspapers is a joke.

I'd make the same bet. When someone invokes such a negative reaction in such a large group, they can't be a prosecutor. That is why guys like Johnie Cochran were such good prosecutors -- they are real and likeable to a jury. There is no blood lust.
