I have a friend That I work with we both are in to cigars and enjoy bidding on Cbid , But I was told a story that I was not happy with .My friend had a big order from Cbid and when he got the box from UPS It was sealed and In perfect shape sealed, When he opened the box It was full with his order , like we all do he checked his manifest to confirm what was in the box to see if the whole order was there by surprise It was not and there was know room In there for any thing else so he called Cbid and explained what happed ,The first responses Cbids CSR did was to try and blame UPS ,When he explained that the box came sealed and that there was know moor room In the box for any thing else ,Cbid still incised that they were still going to file a claim and blame on UPS ,My friend protested that who ever filled the order made a mistake ,Cbid said O no we don’t make mistakes like that and so on . My friend had to get up set with them be for they agreed to resend the product . I was very surprised how Cbid acted on this mistake and wanted to put the blame on some one else .So I was wondering If any one else had a problem like this , because I have emailed Cbid with problems and the CSR has been very friendly and kind and did what ever they could do to fix problem and put the blame on know one and fixed It ASP .So thanks and I am looking forward to herring your responses
