You're confusing mandated minimum wage with the fair wage I choose to pay.

IMHO, it shouldn't overwhelm folks to pay $10/hr. If it does, then they're either in the wrong line of work or they can hire fewer & let you subcontract them to wash your van down by the river. BWAAAAAAHAHAHA

Too bad there isn't a group of similar workers who could get together, and set their wages and benefits. To like, a fair market value. I think im on to something here.
