You took offense to my statements/reasons about my misjudging of Anth 6-7 years ago when he first showed up.
You stated that there is no such thing as an over-stressed cop in that area.
I specifically said he didn't WORK where he lived at the time (and still does live, AFAIK).

I've made no claims to any knowledge about the area.

Is this a joke. I never once mentioned anything about when he first came to cbid 6-7 years ago or your misjudging him in your post back then. I quoted your post and it said he didn't always live there insinuating that his over stressed cop career came from another area and that is why he post the crap he does. I pointed out that he still acts the same now then and lives in an area that I am very familiar with. If you want to make amends with him by defending his actions then that is your choice but my arguements are very valid and not bull**** thrown at you.

You took this personally and I was arguing against what your statements where saying that is all.

hey man, you seem like a good guy and have contributed to the forum in your time here... gotta wonder if Busa did something to you personally that would make you jump on the Bash Busa Bandwagon here... All Busa did was update us on the condition of PopPops (or whatevers he's called) and asked for prayers... the asking for cigars was just an interpretation by someone who has a beef against him for some reason... People tried to point it out - perhaps their attempts to be diplomatic and "gentle" made it ambiguous. Not being sarcastic - failure in communication is nothing new in the world. I, also, tried to point it out in #79:

My earlier posts never made any statements about where he lived, I simply said he was an "over stressed cop" .

Since I made the OP I'm guessing this would be me. I have no beef with him. But, since you seem to think I do perhaps you can expand on my reason for such feelings. I'm curious.

Quite frankly I know very little about him. But, I was active in this community when he made 2 previous emotional requests, one for smokes and one for money. I found out about the other requests a month or so ago when an old thread was dredged up by someone. At the time of the first request mentioned above which I seem to recall was cigars for his grandpa and the second request for money I knew nothing of his history 6-7 years ago.

When he requested prayers for his grandpa, my first thought was to post a response offering the same support offered by everyone else who had posted in that thread. Then the part about OpFTH caught my attention. I thought about this for a while and concluded, perhaps incorrectly though I don't see it that way, that this was an apparent attempt to mooch. So I threw it up for discussion.

A few people also see it as an attempt to mooch. Others do not. Thing is, only one person really knows of the true intent of the request. The rest of us can only speculate.
