Well they certainly should wait until the creepy person DOES something, otherwise they're just going on a hunch. If stores are refusing to serve people just because they think they might be creepy, TW will never be able to buy toys for his niece and nephews.

I agree. Some phrases are too ambiguous and distracting. It always wrecks my train of thought when someone says "goes both ways".

Interesting post. In Arizona I think this would actually come under the civil rights act. If I understand it correctly you cannot discriminate against any specific group of people.

On the other hand you can deny service to any individual if you can show good cause. Also, I imagine that a known pedofile would have a restraining order not allowing them to come within a certain distance of a kids clothing store.
