Seems to me this falls under high crimes and misdemeanors which is an impeachable offense. I think he should be impeached for this. He is not above the law. My concern with him is always what is next. In this instance I wonder how many Americans will die because of this action.

I would think he already would be given all the illegal and treasonous stuff he has done as identified in this very forum! (although admittedly much that is identified as not legal sort of withers later but it matters not..... once it is proclaimed it is done) Don't even get me started on his birth certificate, or starting a war under false pretenses. He must have six pack abs due to all the bowing to world leaders and muslim prayer and stuff.

Too bad we don't have any Mexican terrorists at Gitmo that we could use for that prisoner swap.
Oh I forgot, we gave them all amnesty, allowed them to enter our country illegally, and provided them free education, healthcare, and cash.

I agree that anyone who tries to impeach Obama would be labeled a racist. Primarily because he hasn't done anything that would be an impeachable offense. For some, him getting elected or doing any that they disagree with is an impeachable offense. Sorry to say that just isn't the case.
