What the scientists are covering up is that the anti-gay vaccine doesn't innoculate against homosexuality. It just makes the kids so autistic they can't have sex with anyone....

You just have a lot of autistic children who are trying to express their sexual attraction to the same sex, but no one understands....

Thankfully, the SCOTUS didn't use this case to interfere with states' rights again.

Technically, the 30 day 'fast' is only during daylight hours, so it isn't really a fast, per se. They just can't eat during daylight hours. They have meals before sunrise and after sunset.

+1

Fasting is not starvation. Catholics are supposed to do it during lent.

So let me get this straight, being gay is a conscious choice, not a genetic disposition. Also minors willingly choose aversion therapy even though they have no legal right to make that decision. Pro life supporters argue that minors should never be allowed to choose an abortion because they are minors. Aversion therapy is considered to be outside normal medical practices. Yeah I have it straight now. Aversion therapy is being done for all the right reasons and has a high probability of success.

Huh?

California passed a law that professional therapists can't perform anit-gay treatments on minors. Clergy still can though. The court upheld the law.

As Gryph said, I don't think you can fix 'em. I believe they're genetically predisposed.

To be clear... I do not believe being gay is a choice. I believe it is biological.

If it is genetic, one day big pharma can find the cure. (Or spread it to everyone)

Side effects may include impotence, nosebleeds, acute halitosis, bleeding from the rectum and eye-sockets voting republican and in rare instances thoughts of suicide.

If it helps WILLING participants what is the harm?

"they let stand an August 2013 appeals court ruling that said the ban covered professional activities that are within the state's authority to regulate and doesn't violate the free speech rights of licensed counselors and patients seeking treatment".

Looks like the ban doesn't affect people seeking treatment. Apparently willing participants can partake of this therapy without legal restriction.

Seems like it's similar to being able to charge Christian Scientist parents with neglect when they are withholding medical care from their minor children due to their personal religious beliefs.

Parental wishes don't extend to the point where they are deemed to be harmful to the child.

Isn't it abuse not to try to cure them from this hideous disease? If they caught Ebola or Islam wouldn't we be resulted go try to heal them?

That would be the first option. If that doesn't work, shame and shun them and if they're still unrepentant, stone them to death.
