Well I have a long history with Victor and I don't dislike him, so I wouldn't push him down the stairs.

He and I argue alot at times but I also argue with Tailgater and RICKAMAVEN. And I don't hate them either and their nuts.

Bitter... you're a failure. And your failure is made more obvious by the fact that you don't actually have the staying power to stick with one topic. Once you're proven wrong on one point, you just jump to calling someone a communist or gay. When that fails, you jump to the next. You're predictable and a failure.

I kind of suspect you've got quite a few delusions. B. I understand typos. And I misspell words frequently. But please use the proper form of "Their, They're, There"

Z, I was making 3 points.

1) As a very charismatic figure Palin polarizes people to the far right.

2) I think hurts the Republican party, as a tea party member she continues the fragmenting of the Republican party.

3) I want to see a strong Republican party, this will not happen until the Republicans are again 1 voice. I do not see the tea party gaining control of the Republican party. So main stream Republicans need a strong leader who regains control of the Republican party.

Give up believing in a party. Understand the deck is rigged. They only want the power, the money and want to take it ALL away from you. D's, R's and I's are ALL in on the swindle.

I'm basically half Italian and half Irish. I've put more emotion into discussions that involve the proper bread crumb texture for proper meatballs.

The Tea Party was co-opted by ****** Army.

And no they are not the only difference. However the power structure of both major parties have one big thing in common THE STATUS QUO. You shake that tree and you WILL be attacked. It even happened to the Occupy movement (though they sure didn't help themselves). There is 98.2% shades of gray, and Lady Liberties ankles are bruised.

OK, now I get your viewpoint. I still think we need a stronger Republican party. My reason is that a 1 party system eventually becomes a totalitarian system.

Yeah.. the words he uses aren't quite as civilized as mine. Even then, I don't really find gay slurs insulting. I understand that the individual using them is trying to be insulting... but it's kind of ineffectual.

Calling me a liberal or communist when there's a second thread exactly next to it where I'm arguing against minimum wage... that just shows a complete lack of respect or understanding of the breadth of my views. Disgusting.

I don't think you do get my viewpoint. There was a time where I was chips all in for the Dems...campaigned as a kid with my parents...then I met the man who really should've been President...Bob Graham. He was our state governor at the time...likeable man and got real matters solved. I'll go so far as to say he was THE last real governor this state had that wasn't bought and paid for. He knew he had to reach across party lines to get things done and wasn't afraid to admit when his own party failed and when the GOP had better ideas...he listened. He became a senator. He would've made a great President. I also matured as I grew as an adult. My political beliefs became more moderate and conservative. I was the Reagan Democrat...that just like him...left the Democrat party because it was an utter disgrace. Shambles. I helped in local elections and was proud to work for Alan Keyes when he was running for President...sadly it was in the metro Detroit area so a man from the GOP wasn't going to get any support there. That left me thinking that despite the right man...the proper job was out of grasp...then came Poppy Bush...Clinton...W...and now the Kenyan King...each and every one of them worse than the last. The lies got bigger the theft got larger...and the moderate people in the middle that "supposedly" swayed elections? They didn't matter. The parties are both steaming piles of poo and the people that blindly support that are insipid buffoons letting the power slip from their hands.

This Nation is broke. Busted. Off kilter. Going the wrong way. Sadly, everyone only wants to kick the can down the road and let the "other guy" fix it. There's no fixing the debt we now hold. Just admit it. Tell your friends we've been had, bamboozled...led astray. Think it's just the Kenyan King going all chips in and creating MORE wars? Shame on you W and his wars? Shame on you Clinton and NAFTA? Shame on you Poppy Bush and his taxes? Shame on you ...combine all those together and there's no way we get anything done. We cannot pay the debt down. EVER. Just the compounding of it is choking off any real growth we have. Blindly thinking your party or their party is the right party is a fools game. In order to secure their own fortunes, they've sold out yours, your children and your grand children...they're slaves to a debt they had no hand in creating. A yoke has been put upon them and it cannot be removed. THIS is what this so called 2 party system has done. It's time to take it back. It's time to vote out whomever is in and go the opposite direction...next election..do it again...and do it again...and do it again...and maybe...just MAYBE we'll get leaders we really deserve. Leaders that will roll their sleeves up and get things done. Leaders that are willing to invest in America and Americans and not the criminal behaviors we've had...for decades.

STOP thinking a party is going to do something for you and get busy busting stuff down to the core. It's time to be "MAD AS HELL AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!"...that's where we're at. Admit the Tea Party failed. Admit the GOP failed. Admit the Democrats failed...it's all failure...they're ALL reading from the same playbook robbing us all blind.

Actually I was referring to Z. So I was not asking about the it you are referring to. So I will address your rant. Good rant BTW. You are right. Though I think voting 1 politician out of office and electing another lifer wanna be is pointless. The real goal should be to elect politicians willing to break the chain. To me a perfect example would be the governor of Wisconsin, Scott Walker. He did exactly what he said he would. We need people like that.
