All the ILLEGALS need to go to Colorado to get their drivers license, and obammama phones, and health care, and free food, and a place to raise all their kids, and send them to school so they can grow up and bring the rest of their family, illegally, to the US cuz we will take care of you.

You people that are citizens better plan on working some overtime and cut back on your own expenses so we can pay for all the hand-outs that the ILLEGALS will be needing.

I disagree, the man WAS already paying State taxes on the land he was leasing. This was just a case of the Feds " piling on " as they like to do with their tax codes. And the fact that these knot heads we've elected can't seem to see any sense of urgency in re writing the current law regarding non contiguous countries is a F'n joke to begin with is the lling as hell on both sides of the isle....imho

Just another reason the Federal Government needs to be DOWNSIZED.....he pays his State For leasing the land and THAT should be enough! They need to stop squeezing the American people to subsidize foreign **** who give two **** about us...then maybe ALL of us could keep more of what we rightfully earn.

Should (according to you). Now you seem to be saying you can be selective which laws you follow. He is breaking federal law. Period. Either you are law and order or not.

We all are selective so let's not be too outraged when others "should" differs from yours since you are willing to pick and choose which federal laws should be enforced.

By the way you should experiment. Refuse to pay federal taxes because you paid state taxes and that should be good enough. See how it works out.

Then retread this thread. It should be clear you are inconsistent based on what is convenient to your view. So am I. We all are. At least be honest.

Any bad law needs to be amended. Any existing law needs to be followed. Government on any level should not be able to pick and choose which laws or parts of laws they enforce.

Especially the executive branch which is there to:

A crucial function of the executive branch is to ensure that laws are carried out and enforced to facilitate such day-to-day responsibilities of the federal government as collecting taxes, safeguarding the homeland and representing the United States' political and economic interests around the world.

It is not a function to pick and choose which laws it enforces or to enact new laws.

Who in here once the federal government to crack down on Colorado who is breaking federal law when it comes to marijuana?

Who in here wants anybody who's buying and smoking Cuban cigars weather here around foreign soil to be charged to the full extent of the law.

Anyone in here ever speed you think that's okay?

That's just a couple examples but we all pick and choose.

Oh YOU mean pick and choose like our Elected Officials " Pick and Choose " ??? You bet your ASS....if those are the rules in which to play by!!!
