I watched an interview with former Sup. Court judge Napolitano who said they'd found within the first 40 e=mails information that gave the exact location of Amb. Stevens in Benghazi....

I'm unaware that at the moment he has an active high level security clearance. As far as I know he is a commentator and doesn't work for the government. That means if he saw them first hand, then he is as guilty as she is presumed to be. On the other hand, if someone leaked it to him it''s 2nd hand info at best. Regardless, it will fan the flames.

No. Probably the New York SC, which is the lowest court of that state.

It would be alarming if the government were safe from hacking. John Kerry said recently that he writes all his emails under the assumption that the Russians and Chinese are reading them.

At one of my jobs there was a union guy working in the office that was snooping around my desk and papers regularly. I left paperwork out giving him a written warning one time and watched him squirm the next day in anticipation of something that never came.

The very fact that she's being investigated for wrongdoing by the FBI should render her NOT FIT to run for office.

It's always interesting to me who is guilty until proven innocent and vice versa. It seems to vary depending on who I talk to yet everyone seems so sure of themselves.

As for her server did she have to turn it over (because of wrong doing) or did do it because of political reasons/pressure. And will it ever be enough( like obammys birth certificate)?

And if she broke the law simply turning it over now won't fix that. And something so visible isn't just an above the law thing. Maybe she really didn't break a law.

God I hate Hillary, but that doesn't allow me to suspend truth.

well, how does she explain being told not use it and then keep using it anyway..?? She knew the law and chose to ignore it.. kinda hard to explain that away... Mellow

TW, I think it's more the track record of the high and mighty ( even when proof exists ie: Lois Lerner ) these people enjoy a separate set of laws than we the Sheep as noted above. They actually get away with using " fall guys " or NOTHING @ all comes from it. I admit my disdain for the woman sometimes clouds my judgement

Bs. It's people staking their ground and the other side is wrong. There is no way anyone could convince you otherwise regardless of the truth. And it is both sides acting that way. It's really really dumb.

I'm in the hate hill dig side. But I also know if you latch on to the absurd it allows them to discount you when you are not bring absurd.

The birthers very well could be the reason obammy care and other things actually got passed.

Let's have a speedy, but thorough, investigation and let the chips fall where they may. I suspect skullduggery on her part, but there is a lot of truth to what Paul said above about there being different rules for those in higher positions - regardless of party affiliation.

At the very least, it is beginning to erode her base of support.

It is possible there was a loophole and we simply don't like it. While she deserves the political fall out perhaps she doesn't deserve jail? And maybe she didn't kill it allow anyone to be killed?

As for the birthers it's amazing that folks don't understand that when you make absurd accusations you lose credibility and it's largely lost when occasionally you are actually right.

Anyone that believed the birthers crap needs to take a long look at themselves.

Exactly.

It's just interesting to me that people in here actually think they understand the law better than those enforcing it or living it and assume the reason it isn't applied is privelage.

Can't link to it right now ..... Later

Don't mistake anything I say as there is no possibility a law was broken and she won't end up in the pokie. I really don't know. And sooner or later if you make wild accusations one could be true. The problem is knowing what to take seriously and what not to. Birthers type folks make it easier to dismiss everything..... Even legitimate stuff.

It isn't right, but it happens. That's why the boy that cried wolf is bogus and has no merit.

Would you consider the birthers thing a difference in opinion?

you could make it one I guess... some wanted proof, others didn't need it.. whether or not the proof existed the whole thing was used as a tool to divide... and it worked... I guess that what's bothered me. Obama could have squashed the whole thing right up front and didn't.. and besides, WHAT DOES IT MATTER AT THIS POINT..!! Mad

Its still not squashed to some. Why feed the beast.

It doesn't matter other than it makes it hard to take folks seriously after that and dilutes the fact that on other things they may have merit. That's all.

It makes you work to take them seriously on other things.
