But wait.. There's more..!! Laugh

Meanwhile, Judicial Watch announced Tuesday that it has submitted 25 questions to Clinton about her email set-up and practices, on the heels of U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan allowing the conservative group to do so.

Clinton is under court order to answer the questions, under oath, within 30 days – putting the deadline at Sept. 29, well before the election.

The Judicial Watch questions span everything from why Clinton created a private email system to whom she consulted to whether she had any discussions about the possibility the practice violated recordkeeping laws.

The line of questioning focuses in large part on the recordkeeping law aspect, asking how Clinton preserved her emails and whether FOIA and other requests for her messages were granted or denied.

Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group, also asks about any hacking attempts and why Clinton continued to use her clintonemail.com in the face of such risks.

One of the questions also asks: “After your lawyers completed their review of the emails in your clintonemail.com email account in late 2014, were the electronic versions of your emails preserved, deleted, or destroyed? If they were deleted or destroyed, what tool or software was used to delete or destroy them, who deleted or destroyed them, and was the deletion or destruction done at your direction?”

This comes after Gowdy told Fox News last week that Clinton’s team used a program known as BleachBit to delete her private emails and try to prevent their recovery.

“They didn't just push the delete button. They had them deleted where even God can't read them,” Gowdy said.

Yet some additional emails have been recovered. The State Department has said the FBI provided it with about 14,900 emails purported not to have been among those previously released.

Notably, the department says about 30 emails that may be related to the 2012 attack on U.S. compounds in Benghazi, Libya, are among the thousands of emails recovered.

FBI recovers 30 deleted Clinton emails involving Benghazi attack
http://origin-nyi.thehill.com/policy/national-security/293837-fbi-recovers-30-clinton-emails-involving-benghazi-attack

Approximately 30 of the 14,900 deleted emails recovered by the FBI from Hillary Clinton’s private email server may involve the 2012 attack on Benghazi, Libya, State Department lawyers said on Tuesday.

An undetermined number of those 30 emails were not included in the cache of 30,000 the former secretary of State voluntarily turned over to the State Department in 2014, government lawyers told U.S. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta, according to multiple reports.

The agency has committed to releasing the newly uncovered documents under a series of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests from the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, but first it must weigh whether the emails are personal or work-related. Some may also be duplicates of the thousands it has already released.

"Using broad search terms, we have identified approximately 30 documents potentially responsive to a Benghazi-related request," State Department spokesman John Kirby said in a statement. "At this time, we have not confirmed that the documents are, in fact, responsive, or whether they are duplicates of materials already provided to the Department by former Secretary Clinton in December 2014.”

State Department lawyers said Tuesday it will need until the end of September to review and redact any classified information from the new emails. Mehta pressed the agency on why it would take so long to process so few documents and ordered the department to return in a week with more details about why it needs a full month.

The hearing was held in one of several FOIA lawsuits brought by Judicial Watch now revolving around the newly uncovered 14,900 emails.

It remains unclear how many of the recovered emails will be deemed part of the agency's record by the State Department, clearing the way for their release, and how long that review process will take.

Judicial Watch has pressed for responsive documents to be made public before the presidential election, but it is still unclear whether all of them will be released by Nov. 8.

The State Department has pushed back on calls to expedite the review and production process, citing the gargantuan nature of sorting through and redacting tens of thousands of pages.

In a separate case, a federal judge in Florida last week ordered that the State Department must start releasing any communications between Clinton and the White House in the days surrounding the Benghazi attack by Sept. 13.

In yet another case, a federal judge in D.C. will set a production schedule for the new documents more broadly on Sept. 23.

The 14,900 documents were found during the course of the FBI's investigation into the Democratic presidential nominee's use of a personal email server during her time at State.

Investigators pieced together deleted emails from Clinton’s correspondence with other officials and reconstructed “fragments” from old servers and machines connected to her email domain.

Republican nominee Donald Trump’s campaign quickly used reports of the 30 Benghazi-related emails to blast Clinton for deleting around half of her emails in 2014.

“Clinton swore before a federal court and told the American people she handed over all of her work-related emails. If Clinton did not consider emails about something as important as Benghazi to be work-related, one has to wonder what is contained in the other emails she attempted to wipe from her server,” senior communications adviser Jason Miller said in a statement.

Clinton deleted 30,000 emails prior to turning over the other half to the State Department, arguing they were personal correspondences.

According to FBI Director James Comey, Clinton’s lawyers did not individually read the content of all of her emails before they were deleted, relying instead on header information and search terms to sift through the emails for work-related missives.

Comey told reporters in July that “it is highly likely their search terms missed some work-related emails,” but testified before the House Oversight Committee that “we did not find evidence to indicate that they did the eraser to conceal things of any sort.”

How ironic is this? The hacker will do more time than the criminal that committed the crime!

Romanian hacker 'Guccifer' sentenced to 52 months in U.S. prison
http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-cyber-guccifer-idUSKCN1175FB

A Romanian hacker nicknamed "Guccifer" who helped expose the existence of a private email domain Hillary Clinton used when she was U.S. secretary of state was sentenced on Thursday to 52 months in prison by a federal court in Alexandria, Virginia.

Marcel Lazar, 44, who used the alias online, had pleaded guilty in May to charges including unauthorized access to a protected computer and aggravated identity theft after being extradited from Romania.

Lazar's public defender, Shannon Quill, was not immediately available for comment.

Lazar has said in interviews he breached Clinton's private server at her home in Chappaqua, New York, but law enforcement and national security officials say that claim is meritless.

Lazar is believed to have hacked into email accounts of about 100 victims between 2012 and 2014.

They include prominent political figures such as former Secretary of State Colin Powell, a relative of former President George W. Bush and Sidney Blumenthal, a former Clinton White House aide and an unofficial adviser to Clinton. Clinton is now the Democratic nominee for president.

Lazar leaked online memos Blumenthal sent Clinton that were addressed to her private email account, which was used during her time as secretary of state to conduct both personal and work business in lieu of a government account.

An entity calling itself "Guccifer 2.0" and claiming to be a Romanian hacker emerged in June and began taking credit for data breaches at the Democratic National Committee and Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

U.S. intelligence officials and cyber security experts believe Guccifer 2.0 is a front for Russian intelligence services intended to spread confusion about the hacks against the Democratic Party.

Clinton BUSTED Rigging Benghazi Hearing Questions
http://thefederalistpapers.org/us/breaking-clinton-busted-rigging-benghazi-hearing-questions

Emails keep pouring in, this time via a Freedom of Information Act request filed by the group Citizens United, that further lay bare Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s web of corruption.

These newest emails were sent right before Clinton was set to attend the Jan. 23, 2013 Benghazi hearing before Congress, and they showed that her camp orchestrated some of the questions.

A senior Clinton aide told Chelsea Clinton that the Clinton camps sent New Jersey Democrat Sen. Robert Menendez questions that the former secretary of state wanted to be asked at the hearing.

Sen. Menendez, who now rather ironically (although not surprisingly) faces federal public corruption charges, was the acting Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee.

The email from Clinton’s media gatekeeper Phillippe Reines was sent to Clinton’s daughter Chelsea on the morning of the meeting. It read: “We wired it that Menendez would provide an opportunity to address two topics we needed to debunk (her actions/whereabouts on 9/11, and these email from Chris Stevens about moving locations.)”

At the hearing, Menendez asked the requested questions right out of the gate. He asked Clinton for her “insights on the decision-making process regarding the location of the Mission.” Menendez also asked: “can you also in your response, you touched upon it in your opening statement, but what actions were you and your staff taking the night of September 11 and into September 12?”

The email to Chelsea Clinton also referred to her as Diane Reynolds — her now-infamous pseudonym used on the clintonemail.com server.

The pseudonym was revealed in a separate email reveal that showed Clinton lied about the cause of the Benghazi attacks. The former secretary of state emailed her daughter and told her that the Benghazi attacks were at the hands of an “al-Qaeda-like group,” with no mention of the infamous “internet video” that she claimed to the media was responsible for the attacks.

To further add to the shady dealings surrounding everything Clinton, Menendez was set to take then-Sen. John Kerry’s role as chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee when Kerry replaced Clinton as secretary of state. Menendez predictably denies that he did anything wrong (while facing federal public corruption charges).

Thankfully groups like Citizens United and Judicial Watch are fighting for these emails that prove just how deep Clinton’s corruption goes.

Conservatives have long stressed the importance of the emails for a variety of reasons, among them being their potential to contain information in regard to the Benghazi, Libya terror attacks where four Americans were killed, which Clinton and her left-wing cronies attempted to laugh off as ridiculous.

DOJ reportedly granted immunity to computer expert who deleted Clinton emails

The Department of Justice reportedly gave immunity to a computer expert who deleted Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s emails during its investigation into her private email server despite being ordered by Congress to keep them.

The New York Times reported Thursday that the Justice Department’s immunity deal with Paul Combetta likely means that Republican lawmakers’ calls for federal authorities to investigate his deletions will go unheard.

The top Republican on the House Oversight Committee, Rep. Jason Chaffetz, had asked the Justice Department to investigate whether Clinton, her lawyers or Combetta obstructed justice when the emails were deleted in March 2015.

The FBI said when Clinton’s team called Platte River Networks – the Denver-based IT company where Combetta worked – in March 2015, Combetta said he realized he didn’t follow a December 2014 directive from Clinton’s lawyers to have the emails deleted. He then used BleachBit to delete the messages in the days after the meeting with her lawyers.

The Times, citing the FBI’s notes, reported that Combetta initially told the agency in February that he didn’t recall deleting the emails, but changed his story in May.

In February, he told federal investigators he didn’t remember seeing an order from the Benghazi investigation committee, which Cheryl Mills had sent to Platte River Networks, to keep the emails.

However, in the May interview, he said at the time he deleted the emails “he was aware of the existence of the preservation request and the fact that it meant he should not disturb Clinton’s email data” on the Platte River network.

Combetta is the second person to be given immunity in the investigation into Clinton’s private email server. IT specialist Bryan Pagliano, who was a staff member on Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign, was given immunity in exchange for answers into how he was able to setup Clinton’s “homebrew” server that was setup at her Chappaqua, N.Y. residence around the time she started working at the State Department.

The FBI described the deletions in its notes of its investigation into Clinton’s account that was released last week. Though Combetta’s name has been redacted, law enforcement sources familiar with the investigation identified him as the person who received immunity and deleted Clinton’s emails to The New York Times.

Brian Fallon, a Clinton campaign spokesman, told The Times that the deleted emails had already been investigated by the FBI before its decision to close the case.

“As the FBI report notes, neither Hillary Clinton nor her attorneys had knowledge of the Platte River Network employee’s actions. It appears he acted on his own and against guidance given by both Clinton’s and Platte River’s attorneys to retain all data in compliance with a congressional preservation request,” Fallon told the newspaper.

The House Oversight Committee had badgered the Justice Department to investigate whether Clinton had lied to Congress about her email account testimony given last October.

Lawmakers have also asked Platte River Networks officials and Combetta to appear at a hearing before the committee on Tuesday about how the email was setup and how exactly the messages were deleted.

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton caused an uproar late Friday after telling a fundraiser audience that half of Republican nominee Donald Trump's supporters could be described as part of a "basket of deplorables."

The former secretary of state, who described her own remarks as "grossly generalistic", said Trump had bolstered people who are "racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, you name it." She did add that Trump's other supporters are frustrated by hard times and merit sympathy.
