Paul, I'd never vote for her, either. However, the head of the DNC couldn't have scripted this Republican race any better if they tried.

There was nobody on that stage that I'd love to have as president. I have serious reservations about every single one of them. That said, I'd vote for any one of them long before I'd vote for Sanders or Clinton. But, I suggest you buckle up, because I'm getting more and more certain that you're going to have another Clinton as next president.

i think there was a ton of talent on the stage

especially compared to those democratic "debates" where they talk about how much free stuff they can give rather than solutions to problems

Dave, I'm not over the top thrilled with any of them either believe me....but I can't for the life of me wrap my mind around the majority of voters casting theirs in her direction.....but then here we sit after two terms of Barry and his merry band of thieves so what do I know....

The candidate who I agree with MOST of the time is Paul. Unfortunately, he seems the least 'presidential' to me of any of them. Not just his appearance....I could get past that -- moreso it's how whiney he sounds when he gets upset.

With regrets to DMV, I think that Rubio and Cruz are the only two that have a chance to beat Trump AND win in the general. It's past time for Kasich, Huckabee, Graham, Pataki, and Santorum to get out and stop muddying the water. Based on numbers, I'd add Fiorina and Paul to that list, but I feel that they might still bring value to the conversation...might

I said up front the only two people that could be nominated that would make me not vote republican are Cruz and Trump. The Republicans may very well insist I not vote republican for president.

It is hilarious how Trump is playing it. It's as if he cut a side deal with Gary Busy so he wouldn't get eliminated next week.

Paul (not TCBY) at times he seems scholarly, intellectual and serious.... then he whips out a childish clumsy pure political piece ala the bridge comment to Christie that didn't belong and cheapened him. He's just a politician like all the others which is too bad.

Far be it from me to tell anyone what "every liberal alive" is thinking regarding trump... perhaps we should ask you or banderl, as I believe you are the two pinko commie liberals here.... (according to some).

But are you sure it's fear and not amusement?

To me (but I'm not a liberal) Trump isn't scary. He's a buffoon. The only thing scary is people's reaction to him.... every time he doubles down on the stupid he gets more voters. The only thing trump is going to do is force people to vote for Clinton because there isn't a viable candidate on the other side.

I'd rather not have Clinton as president. I'm tired of her. But Trump really isn't a threat. the only republicans who could be a threat would be ones who can get votes from moderates.... and you have to practically go to the second tier debate group before you find those.

You realize that I occasionally write a post that isn't about you, right?Herfing

Since I typed and hit return on my "liberals are shatting themselves" post, there has been even more outrage from the left. Talk about amusement.

Any successful person needs to know how to sell, even if their only product is themselves.
You could learn something here (LMAO), maybe you could get more money from your neighbors for your eggs.
Maybe you could get more money for your cigars the next time that you have to sell them here.

If he only tells the truth 7 percent of the time; that's still 7 percent more than Hillary. By the way, you don't have to worry about what Trump is really thinking. Unlike all the other politicians who only mouth what they think you want to hear, Trump tells you what he's really thinking.

I suspect that Trump's "honest Abe" act is a lot more contrived and orchestrated than it might appear. It seems designed to keep his name in the press and little more. He keeps offering overly simple solutions to complex problems, while playing on nationalism and race hatred.

While many admire his loose cannon style, it worries me that people would have this jerk represent us....
