I do not mourn his passing in the least. The world is a better place with one less person like him in it.
Again making the point.
And to your "point" about Scalia's "assault" on freedoms, the democrats are the ones who take away our freedoms and take away our liberties.
When you vote democrat, you vote for "The Man."
FORCING Obamacare (and not through regular order either and against the will of the people) on everyone was done by the democrats. Democrats love to rule and pass bills constantly to take away freedoms and liberty.
I seem to recall it was the democratic administration using the IRS to target conservative groups and take away their freedom of speech.
I believe democrats run the universities and are also limiting speech with "speech free zones."
Countless religious freedoms are infringed on by the party of "The Man."
The 2nd amendment is always in the crosshairs of the Democrats.
The federal bureaucracies (think EPA) are packed with leftists that pass edicts that are considered law that take away yet more liberty- unconstitutionally for that matter.
- But you just keep dancing on Scalia's grave
