Sorry to say but I will no longer order from this site. Their customer service stinks and so does the attitudes of their customer service reps. They sent my cigars to an old address even though I changed my address and the USPS destroyed my cigars and now cigar bid says there is nothing they can do. So buyer beware. I'm out 58 dollars and very unhappy customer.

Did you talk to teedubbya? He's the customer service manager and can make sure the representative you spoke with is reprimanded.

... he may even spank her...

LOL whatever. The USPS doesn't just randomly throw stuff away. They return it to the sender.

Jaksoff cbid has to pay to ship it back of the address is wrong so they probably did destroy them.

I sort of imagine Shana and Damarie sitting in the back room smoking all the "lost" shipments and eating cupcakes.

It makes me smile.

Teedubbya said he cares. He said heads will roll at cbid customer service.

He's gonna give Damarie and Shana such a spanking they're gonna regret not doing this sooner... er... I mean ever doing that bad bad stuff.

Wait... USPS destroyed his cigars and it is somehow cigarbid's fault? No... I'd be talking to the post office about getting the $50 in insurance they provide for priority mail.

Then he's only out $8.

Welcome! Great idea, posting your customer service complaint to a forum for cigar smokers, where no customer service people ever come. Your name is a little confusing, do you mind if we call you ADumbass627 instead?

Wait there are different types of memberships ?? If so what type of membership do I have and what are the requirements for the different types of memberships. I have been away for a long time due to some health reasons so I guess I need some updating on what's going on in the site. Unless this comment was a Tactfully way to tone things down. Second question is has the customer service changed that much??have a great day all.
