Still have plantar fasciitis in my right foot... but got an appointment scheduled for another cortisone shot. Took 3 to resolve the left foot. This will be #3 for the right.

I've been using the elliptical, but if I can start running again... I do drop weight faster that way.

true dat...had to stop running 10 or so years ago...weight slowly crept on and is tough as heck to shed without the running....

Left-overs from the Chinese take-out my sister brought over yesterday...ginger scallion dungeness crab is delicious....

hmmm...just occurred to me...if I stop eating so much, I might not have to lose so much weight...

I'm north of 200 again because I stopped running, but kept eating like I was still running. d'oh!

Truthfully, I was also moderating junk food and I quit doing that. When I am 180 and run 3-4 times a week I can indulge myself without much issue.

Another day of diving... hit two wrecks at 80 ft... tons of schools of fish.. an eagle ray... then on to a large shallow reef full of large turtles.

Saw a baby white tipped shark and a turtle in the same cave
.. that's like getting a bacon wrapped fried chicken....

Got some gym time in. Put fuel stabilizer in the boat gas tank, filled it up and ran the motor for 20 minutes, then put some rust inhibitor on the suspension of the trailer.

She's ready for a bit of a rest. Gotta put her back and cover her up, now.

Hate working time change days. Extra hour and gotta dust off the user manuals for all our equipment to figure out how to change the clocks on them. Spent the last 3 hours doing that.

Now time to raid this abandoned pizza in the fridge.

I am debating on trying to work with the table saw today, but not sure if it is going to be one of those days yet where the brain is not functioning well enough. I slept 4 hours after being up again for 28 hours. Last thing I need is to try and then have to find a brother to help me pick my nose and wipe my ass for the lack of fingers. I am wanting to make a Boveda holder for my desktop humi. Granted I could just buy one for around 7 bucks but I am just looking for something to do.

I have 2 gallons of epoxy resin, Yesterday I coated my 5 gallon oak barrel and coated the inside with wax so it is now a non ageing oak barrel to store my bourbon when I get it made. I need to make a barrel stand for it, I guess I could do that. I dont know, shit maybe it will just be another netfix day.

Not sure why you're worried about running that table saw ewok... you said you've got 2 gallons of epoxy in case you cut anything off....
