I am having trouble getting ahold of someone as well. I have emailed CS as well as spent a few hours on hold. My order came in, but, several items were missing due to the box being damaged. The boxes they ship in are pretty poor. I don't know really what else to do. Every time I get on the phone it's an hour wait and my call drops.
