Let's think about what sort of message this says.

Through his actions, Twitler is continuing to promote a drug which has been studied by actual scientists and Dr's and been found to have no value in treating COVID.

Additionally, through his actions, Twitler actively avoids wearing a mask in public and when interacting with people. Something which has been studied by actual scientists and Dr's and been found to have a small impact in reducing the spread of COVID.

FYI I’lll keep practicing good PPE measured and taking my .003 chances there.....vaccines work, and there’s also too many eugenics believers involved with them for my tastes. Last time I saw my doc I spoke with the nurse first before he saw me. She asked about the meds he’d prescribed and how I was doing/feeling with them...she mentioned breakfast (I had a protein bar and coffee) she said she had a grapefruit. I told her I kinda missed eating them. She asked why. I told her in the insert for the meds that was a good I had to avoid. She freaked out, guess who didn’t read inserts and are grapefruit and was taking the same medication.

Professionals are great but we are the ultimate arbiters of our decisions (kind of and for now)

My comments (I know you were not responding to me) were not much about the Prez. It is about the misinformation campaign. He is part of that but he may be riding it more than creating it.

As for professionals they are human and some are brighter than others. Some like the nurse in Wisconsin that went to the bars to get tanked are flat out dumb and are in it for the coin rather than the profession. Collectively it's pretty hard to give equal or more weight to someone who had zero clue about any of this until a few weeks ago but now feels compelled to give advice and dispute all or most expert opinion.

It is always good to think for yourself but some of what is going on is non thinking mumbo jumbo in the guise of intelligent thought. Its not really intelligent.

There is no valuable information on Youtube that isn't available in written form somewhere.

You sometimes have to listen to what you find invalid to either change your mind or solidify that it is invalid. It's worthwhile to listen to hear some of the messaging that is sticking. And like in most cases its not 100% garbage. There are some valid points. The whole is mostly wrong but there are some valid points including some boneheaded moves by the government and the "experts". Typically those are the things they grab on to and extrapolate in to crazyness and justifying their view. Thats why the "experts" need to be more careful but arent always. Folks are looking for one mistake to call it all a mistake.
