I have been trying for days to call and have sent numerous emails. No one responds. Meanwhile, my cigars have not been received! What's going on????

Good luck - been trying for months.

Send a message to Celtic bomber, he may be able to help with. I know he was helping out at the beginning of the lockdown

Anybody else have any luck reaching Customer Service, and if did, how did you do it. Haven't been able to reach them in months. Help.

I've given up trying to get any customer service from Cigar Bid - Going to post their poor service on all the media areas, including facebook, twitter, etc... Maybe if they start losing business because of their lack of service, they'll do something about it. Sorry since before this year, got excellent service from them. There are other on-line cigar stores to order from and get the service that's required.

Never encountered these problems, did you sign up for the platinum membership? I get my orders faster and Eric eve notices of special offers before they are released, not to mention the follow up calls to make sure I am a happy customer. Even received a birthday card from the lovely ladies at CBID.

Idon't know anything about a platimum membership and don't see anything on their site to sign up for it. Any suggestions on how to do this or any other ways to get service from this company?

Oh, and to qualify, you have to document you have purchased and smoked at least 500 of these...
