Chicken wings for dinner tonight. Yum! Down about 15 lbs since my heaviest. I'd be happy with another 15 down but I'm hoping for 25 more.

And more accurate if you’d said the Texans. What a dumpster fire. Buddy and I finally gave up our season tickets after 20 years. Brick wall

Good Wednesday Morning! It's a foggy 30° on the way to 62° today. Getting my shooting buddy for breakfast and bullets at the range.

51F on its way to 66F. Partly cloudy and breezy with 92% RH- which is the killer that makes it feel so cold.

Emergency pain management appointment this morning. I have been miserable for two weeks now. Hoping he will inject me twice this time, once or twice around my scapula and my upper back, and a block at my elbow for the hand the splint is in. This all due to the 2lb. splint I have to wear on my hand for four more weeks.

Nothing planned for the rest of the day, but lay around until my wife comes home from work. Today was her last day at her job and she starts the new one Monday, so we will have four days together.

Also, going out for a nice dinner to celebrate!

Folgers 1870.
High acid content.
Possibly the worst coffee I have ever had- outside of some bad cafe and hotel experiences.

To each his own. I could offer my second father in law a cup of great coffee. He would turn it down because he wanted his Folgers.

I bought a box of that once...it was that coffee that made me a loyal Death Wish Coffee Dark Roast and Valhalla Java monthly subscriber.

I used to grind and roast...just got lazy. Now I'm a K-Cup guy and they do it right.

Kuerig sits in the garage. Much too weak for my taste. Tried all kinds of cups... not a fan.

Aeropress... Costco Colombian Supremo. Done.

Might try some Cafe Bustelo in the Aeropress soon.

Remember when Andytv was raving about Cafe Bustelo.
Made and drank the entire pot in 2-3 hours.
Any guesses how I spent the next 2-3 hours?

Pooping. Prolly came slidin' right out, too.

You gotta ease up on the espresso grind, brother. Like maybe 2/3 as much.
