Problem is that once nipples start making it into the picture posts around here, then instead of looking away once or twice while looking at pics, you'll have to start doing it all the time. That kind of stuff tends to turn quite a few people off, regardless of genuine morals, and then they stop coming to this board. And, I might add, there is no way of telling by the name of the post whether there is nudity or not until the actual picture is displayed.
Then there is the matter of being on this board while you're at work. You go into a pic post - maybe even accidentally - when some female employee with a chip on her shoulder is walking by - with one gander at those silicone-enhanced mammarys, and you're off on your way to "sensitivity training."
Some of us also work at places with firewalls, where sites with bare boobies are typically blocked. Someone at the company gets a wiff that nude female breasts are available on this site, and BAM, you'll no longer be able to track your bids anymore.
I could also go into, perhaps, some of the female members of this board not all so hyped about bare-breasted women being easily accessible on CBID either.
Frankly, it doesn't really matter to me one way or the other. I'm not a big frequenter of the "oinks" on this board, or any board for that matter (although, I'll admist I've seen a few on this one, and openly wondered if they were airbrushed). But I can see some practical reasons why guys like Tuckersdad, Bloody, maybe the CBID staff, and perhaps a few slient others would like to nip this backslide into nudity in the bud.
