I had my first one this morning with coffee. I had some doubts on how they were going to taste. They were part of a shipment that was 2 weeks in transit and due to this got the freezer treatment. They only rested about a week after that before I smoked one. I felt they held up to the CBid description.
Anyone else try these and what did you think? Also would like to hear opinions of the maduro.

Glad you asked, I pretty much think so too. I plan to age the rest of mine for a couple months and try another. Seemed like there was a bit of age on them when they arrived?

I think you ought to see a doctor about talking to yourself. Some say that is a sign of schitzophrenia. Ha ha!!

I have some of thse, but they too are resting. I will let you now what I think when I break them out for a try.

Was just that the boards are too quiet today. Probably due to the holiday. I am really pretty normal.
Yes, let me know, I thought they were pretty decent even at the buck each I paid.

Bud, I've got a 5-pack and I haven't even tried one yet. Ah, now I must rotate and search for one of these little babies. I'll let ya know what I think.

I don't want you to feel your post is ignored, so I'll chime in. Never had one. Had a La Hoja Selecta Cetros de Oro (I think that was what it was) and gave it about a 3.5. I think I got that one from Matt.

These are one of my favorite sleeper cigars. Very well constructed, nice medium-full body and taste. This one gets an A+ from me in both quality and value.

LOL - Was a slow uneventful weekend for me. Still all in all try these once anyhow.
