I'm going in tomorrow for reconstructive surgery on my left shoulder. I will be taking massive amounts of some pain killer or other for awhile. Don't miss me too much! I had an Ashton VSG as a getting ready smoke. It was a very large one. Canoed like an S.O.B.!! Nothing helped it. Man was I disappointed!! I soothed myself with a Bucanero CM Churchill. They NEVER fail. Had an ISOM Partagas Petite Corona after supper. All is now well. I'm gonna hurt! But when I'm back in the gym, it will all be worth it.

Good luck with the surgery. I'm sitting here with a bandage on my left hand trying to type. I had a small surgery on my hand to fix a trigger finger. Vicadin with a Michelob chaser and a Hemingway work of art really make for a nice afternoon. I had the surgery last Wednesday and the bandages come off this Thursday.

Best of luck going under the knife. Hope it was not your smoking arm. Maybe get a fine nurse to give you a sponge bath with a second playing cigar minder - OOP sorry that was my fantasy - LOL
Good luck pal.

good luck to you xdog. i just had surgery on mine too, about to go have it re-done soon, probably about a month from now. Yeah, the pain sucks, but pain killers and cigars are a hell of a way to help forget about it. Best Wishes.

Good luck! Hope you can get back in the gym soon. I've worked out many years. Broke my hand once but never surgery. It sucked being away from the gym.

Good luck on the surgery! Don't rush your recovery either. That can make things worse, but I'm sure you now that already.
Anyway, good luck!

Hey! I'm okay! I'm off the meds already. Just gotta be still for awhile. That's the hard part.
