Looks like the PA legislature is in the process of
bringing in a rather severe (ramping up to 60% of the
wholesale price). What effect is this going to have
on CI/Cigarbid (as well as other PA retailers)

... just have them all shipped to me first ... I don't have to pay PA sales tax ... I'll then take (2) cigars out of your stash for Administrative Fees and then forward the remaining sticks to you (C.O.D. of course) ...

itll effect those of you living in PA, but sales tax doesnt apply to products bought out of state, sorry PAers

I don't live in PA. But my reading of the law is that
this tax is collected when it's sold by the wholesaler.
It doesn't matter if the eventual customer is out of
state.

If it actually does effect the way Cbid does business,I think they should pick up their toys and say good bye to PA.
