Hey Guys (and Gal),
I've been checking out the boards almost everyday now, this forum is more of a hobby/habit than cigars are now I think. I was wondering about ISOMs considering that most of you have them (I've seen the trades on the trade board) and considering that I'm still a newbie, I was wondering where you get them.

Now I'm not that stupid and I have been paying attention. So I'll ask that you respond to the question via e-mail so that I don't get Slim-slapped. I've also post searched, but I'm sure that there is an answer that I've missed somewhere.

Be on the lookout for a trade in the future. I'm just warming up.

Thanks everyone.

You said it, brother. As a relative newbie also, I've begun checking this board MORE than checking out new 'gars at the local shop. crazy. I guess it's just all the good info and the outstanding attitudes that keep me coming back. Thanks everyone.

Anyway...back to your regularly scheduled programming...I believe the post was about ISOMs. I have nothing to add on that subject. :)

Gotta go enjoy my midnight smoke. take it easy, Irish.

I think the easiest way to obtain them would be to do a trade...go to the trades board and offer some sticks up that you'd be willing to part with...I'm sure you'll find some interest.

Good luck on the quest for the Holy Grail of cigardom!

IrishGrad -- Cuban Cigars come into this country many ways -- legally with those who visit Cuba. Illegally from webvendors. Sad to say more "Habanos" are sold than actually made, so some are "fakes." I like the real ones, but also think that many Nicaraguan and Domincan and Honduran smokes are really fine too! Post what you'd be willing to trade (Fuentes would be a good choice) in the Trades section and someone will take you up on it.

Irishgrad and Gideon, I can't understand, I thought people were fleeing? How is this possible?

Grizzly,

I've enjoyed the forum. I just try to stay neutral on all fronts except for a few important ones like supporting those who keep us safe (even that mean policewoman who caught me running a stale yellow, I swear it was yellow). Also, I keep my nose out of the Misc forum just because I don't see the need of getting mad at our fellow brothers (and sister) of the leaf. We share, we trade, we give our cigars, why not be nice to each other in other realms of the website? Just my HO...

(Other than ISOM, that was my first abbreviation... I guess I'm truly hooked now)

Cheers,
~IrishGrad

DocRKS,

Hey. Please send me your snailer. I'd like to send you some cigars in thanks for your first beginner's sampler that you sent me. I've been patiently waiting for your other shipment, but I think the USPS "lost" it. It has been almost a month now, so I'm definitely worried about that ISOM. Nonetheless, I'd like to sent a thank you off for you kindness.

Cheers,
~IrishGrad

I am VERY new here as well, and an instant addict. Great information, great humor, great fun. I'm in a bit of a financial strain lately, and haven't done alot of spending at c-bid, but I'm gearing up to do wuite a bit here soon. I look forward to bidding, these forums, and hopefully some good trading in the future.

Everybody hates talk about this on message boards. But I don't really care. I use corporatecigar.com. Ask for Steven. The prices are good (Australia) and his service is excellent.
