Sorry for all of the typos in the heading.

This from someone who got straight A's in spelling in grade school.

Punishment for me - no cigar this evening :(

Just kidding :)

Ya' know I'm a Lehigh alum ('78), now living in Seattle. Did they change the name of the Valley? Anyway, If I ever come out there for a reunion, I'll have to find the Cbid/CI place of business and stop by. I hope they don't change the name of my alma mater as well (I can just see all the Leight Weight U jokes coming from that). Or is there really a Leight valley out there that I'm unaware of??? (near Heavy valley??)

From one Lehigh alum to another...no they didn't change the name of the valley. And no, there are no plans in changing the name of the university :)

If you guys don't stop having all these herfs, I'm gonna have to give in to the pressure and make the drive from MA with a friend or two. That is if my wife doesn't kill me as soon as I even suggest I'd like to go!

Jimmy, you wouldn't be the first to sleep in my basement. Our house was built in 1720 and most of the house only has a crawl space. When I went in there to do some wiring work, I found a blanket and pillow, a couple of dinner plates and a bunch of empty schnapps bottles! No cigar butts though so I don't think it was a former smoking room.

But if I do ever decide to go for the ride to PA, I'll defintely let ya know

Just to let everyone know I hear the CI retail store will be having an event with Torano cigars on the same day. They will have a roller there from Torano too which is great to see firsthand for those that have never seen the birth of a cigar.

On a side note, I also heard that the Macanudo bus will be in the Valley then too. Personally speaking, I have been on this thing and it really felt like a gimmick to get you to buy their smokes. You have to buy 2 to get on the bus for 5 minutes, they hurry you through and boot you out while giving you another stick on the way out. Can't say I was impressed at all, in fact they seemed more interested in getting me out than they were with showing off their "bus". I know my time will be spent at the herf and at the retail store.

Hope to see you guys there!

What is the name of the hotel where you are staying. If I come up, I will need a room myself.

Only one hotel in downtown walking distance. The Radisson in Bethlehem. A bit pricey for a one nighter, but my wife and I don't plan to be in any condition to drive by evening. Got a good price through the wifes travel agent, though. Email me for full details

I have been hitting the cigar companies hard trying to get free cigars. Well, I think it may have paid off. We already got a bundle from IT.Mike is hanging on to them . Got responses back from Bucanero and our buddy Jon from CAO. They are suppose to be sending cigars this week. When I get them I will post a pic for people to see. I am not done working on getting freebies.

The odds have shifted and I think it is now more then an even bet that I will be there - along with another Bro. of the Leaf from Jersey - a Chiropractor - he may prove indespensible as I anticipate much mayhem with those attending racing for the free beers and fantastic smokes. I can see the need for many an adjustment needed....

Airborne Paratrooper Graduation is now set for June 26 in Ft. Benning, GA after the completion of the 5th Jump!!

GO AIRBORNE !!!!
