I had purchased some of the seed matches that they were offering and I noticed on my Invoice they were missing.
Contacted customer service and was told they were not able to provide those at this time due to an Inventory mixup.

Kudos to Trish ( and Steve ) for giving me the option to cancel that item or send me a phase dual lighter as a replacement. Well since I had purchased these matches for my wife ( they seem to be a little longer so she can light the candles when the wax gets lower ) I decided she could wait and I would take the lighter. ;-)
I also in the same order received a 300 Humidour which stated 4 humidefers and I only received 2. No problems there Trish shipped 2 replacements. Some companies would state that they can not be responsible for typos. THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

One of my jobs where I work is teaching customer service, As far as I am concerened there is NOTHING to teach the customer service people here at Cbid. As a matter of fact based on this experience they could teach a LOT of companies the meaning of customer service. So in my book as long as I am herfin Cigarbid is my choice for the best deals and EXCELLENT customer service.

Steve And Trish ROCK,
Along with the rest of cbid.
Wouldn't spend my money anywhere else, unless I find PAMS or OPUS_X at msrp.

The best part of CBid's Customer Service is that I have never needed them. Seen posts regarding their great work and know they will be there if I ever do need them. Great work.

The match mixup was probably due the guy that bid 100$ for the whole lot.

EXCELLENT observation ... I think each of us had a grandmother who would preach at us and say that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and from Keith on down, this organization is filled with people who've taken that lesson to heart and put it into everyday practice ...

KUDOS indeed!!! to everyone at CBid / CInt'l

I agree with you! Trish and Steve are excellent customer service representatives! They are quick, very personable, and treat the customer right. I only wish every other company employed customer servece reps as professional as they are. The worlkd would be a better place if they did!!

Perhaps Trish and Steve should start a consulting business and teach other companies how to achieve better customer service!

By reading all these positive threads about customer service here at cigar bid, im sure they do a great job. My experience with customer service, surely must have been the exception, not the norm.

I have worked with people in service type job's all my life from being a Cop to owning my own store and selling to customers..I have had the Pleasure of dealing with Trish, Steve, And Mike all three while I have been in c-bid buying and I agree with every one else that has posted these three are three of the best most willing to work with a person service reps. I have ever dealt with. Even on the shipping days which I'm sure is a real Back breaking wild day they still take time to answer questions and take care of problems. I don't know if there are any others there working in customer service but if there are I'm sure they do just as good a job..I tip my hat to you three and thank you for such kind willingness to go out of your way and treat us the way you have and do....TinMan
PS: I think these 3 should get a little raise (About 2-3 inchs) LMAO *Wink*

I actually sent the Shark to Billy as I felt bad I couldn't find a PAM for a trade I had w/ him. It looked great though.

Ok ok, customer service is great, yeah yeah, what about the #*&@! shipping department!! Why are they so freeking stingy with the matches!!?? I mean, what's a box of cbid matches cost? 3 cents? 5 cents? I've spent well over a thousand dollars (guesstimate) and received one box!
