Can anyone recommend a golf course in the Cleveland area? I'll be out there on business and might be able to 'sneak' out for a round.

I use to live there. When I left in 1984 Big Met and Little Met were nice golf courses. I think their official name is Mastic Woods. They are on the west side of Cleveland near Fairview and Hopkins Airport. Which part of Cleveland are you going to be in?

RDC,

I'll be near Highland Heights. I have a meeting at Stonewater on Thursday, so I'm looking to find a place to play on Wednesday (tomorrow). Do you know anything about Pine Hills, Fowler's Mill, or Chardon Lakes? I found them on Golf Digest.

Thanks

I have been told by a couple of friends that Pine Hills is a nice course...that is all I know, never played it nor have I ever played golf in Cleveland area. Have played in Toledo and in Columbus area but never Cleveland.

Sorry, I never golfed on those courses and am not familiar with the area. Golf Digest sounds like your friend;-)

Have fun, keep us posted, go to the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame!!!

Charlie, Thanks. I just called Pine Hills and they are booked solid.

RDC, I make it to the Hall of Fame a couple of years ago. It was pretty interesting.
