Just wondering if any of you can tell me the difference between Padron 2000, 3000, and 5000. Bought one of each this weekend to try them for the first time. Also, how about the impossible to find (in MN at least) PAM and PAN. Thanks MK

Size is the only difference with the maduros being the best IMHO. All excellent smokes. As the for PAMs/PANs, they too can be had online if you do a little searching on prices.

What JD1 Said - the bigger the number the bigger the ring gauge of the gar.

There's absolutley no difference at all between any of the Padrons. They all suck and you shouldn't smoke any of them. They're overated and overpriced, don't go there.

Padron is always my "go to" cigar when I want to know exactly what to expect from a smoke and not willing to take a chance on something else.

I'm with Barry, Padrons suck! Way overrated. Just forward them to me so they can be properly disposed of.

I have heard (in many circles) that the Padron is simple lacking in flavor and complexity.
With that said, simple is right - for me! =)

rwestcot, $14 for a Principe? Not a good price IMHO. I just paid $9.45 ea. for the PAM Superior right off the shelf in one of my local shops.

Barry,
I think you need to read that again. It says the price is for 2 principe. Wish CI carried PAMs and PANs

I beg your padron.....
Should be able to find Principes under $10.00. Just got a box of very aged 3000s in off of....... wont mention the source. Wow... A bit dry but sooo smooth.
2000s and Delicias are nice go to 45 minute taste treats. Higher numbers, magnums and churchills for a longer relaxing fuller flavor smoke sessions.
