There seems to be quite a few people here that enjoy coffee roasting. This is something that I have been thinking about doing myself. Anybody out there want to offer me some direction and/or tips?

Skatty, the first place to start is www.sweetmarias.com tons of info there.I also topped a thread on "cigars and related" called Home Roasted Coffee beans.Go ahead and ask any questions you have here after you read that site and the thread.Soon you'll be drinking the best and freshest coffee you've ever had!!!

The longer you roast the bean the caffiene levels drop. So Espresso does not really contain more caffiene, it merely tastes stronger.
