Looking to whether any of you guys either live in or anywhere near Salt Lake City, UT or might be in that general area on vacation during the third week of August ...

MrsS and myself will be on vacation in the mountains east of SLC and I've been talking to a couple of friends in both SLC and southern Idaho about a cigar smokers get together and wanted to see if there were others in the greater area that might want to make a real herf of it ...

However unlikely a herf in Utah might sound to some of you, there really are cigar smokers there and SLC is home to one of the nicest local stores you'll ever walk into anywhere ...

So if you live in that area or like me, wil be vacationing there OR if you know a cigar smoker in that area, get in touch ...

Wow Steve ... third week in August, eh?

The wife an I will be in Playa del Carmen, Mexico (right across from the Isle of Cozumel) the fourth week in August at the Fishermen's Village Condominiums, Playacar Resort!

Love to join you Steve...I'll be sweatin' in a dirt lot swatting flies next to my RV, while my kids show horses in Rancho Murietta.

That's our lovely family vacation. 1 week there next week showing horses at the State Fair. Woohoo.

Needless to say, my humidor will be nearby.

Ray, we really need to do a better job of coordinating things ... if I'd not been on vacation that week and known you were gonna be in Rancho Murietta, I coulda tossed the golf clubs in the car and driven up there ... you could've put the fly-swatter on auto-pilot and we could've sneaked in a round of golf and a few smokes ... it's a damn nice golf course and it's been a while since I played there ... maybe next time
