I just lit up a Hoja de Nicaragua and thought I was going to throw it out after a few puffs. Since cigar-tossing is not one of my fortes, I stuck with it and it became a decent smoke at about 1/3 into it. Do you have any smokes that either get better or fall off at the midpoint?

Tailgater, I find a lot of cigars you have to get past the first 1/8" to start getting the feel of the gar, also any of the gars I have bought here arrive wet and I wont touch them untill they have had a week or so to even out in my humidor's... I have tossed many cigars if they don't deliver by the half way mark...
