Well I have lurked around these boards long enough & I truely feel I have found a home. You guys and gals seem to be a great bunch. Look forward to bidding, trading and swapping stories. My second passion is wakeboarding and after seeing SKETCHA's picture posts I knew I had to come out of the woodwork.

Found the joy of a great cigar about two years ago. Am a La Perla, AF anything, La Gloria Series R and Cupido fan, but a lover of anything thats full flavor. My Honey has recently joined in my passion and enjoys Cohiba Pequenos and AVO's on occasion.

I have had the pleasure twice of a habana Monty#2 and through this group would love to learn more about filling my humidor with these isom's.

Thanks for who you are and what CBid offers.

Well as long as someone doesn't beat me to the punch while I type this, let me be the first to welcome you aboard.

There are folks with the knowledge you seek and I'm sure they will chime in shortly.

Remember,

1. Keep CI's site open for price comparison.

2. Be patient, bid low and be prepared to let a few slip by to the over-bidders. They are a necessary evil that help to keep this site running for the rest of us.

3. If you have any issues with your orders, contact customer service, they WILL fix it.

Happy bidding

P.S. I used to have a passion for wakeboarding but time has become too much an issue for this new dad. In fact, this was my first time out in about 4 years. Sad. We have resolved to go several more times this summer. We'll see.

Moomba, glad to have you onboard!

One other key point to keep you out of trouble, if you see a a auction where the bidder is "LH from Temple City,CA", DO NOT BID ON IT!!!!!!!!!

enjoy your stay,
choner

Welcome aboard. Thank you'll really enjoy this place. Friendly bunch of folks and you can get real advice and info from shared experiences, without the hype. Been a cigar smoker for a while, although have not been posting very long. Have already put some suggestions/advice/info into practice, with great results!

Light one up and enjoy the ride!

moomba - Welcome Aboard!

Some "More Advice";

Watch out for Slim..I know that he will be coming out of retirement soon.

Don't trade cigars with Lowman, JD1, docRKS, Ciganewb petertyras, jazzman, TurboFC3S, rmarrandino, jdouglas , these guys can't count. I am sure that there are more of these type of guys out there too.

I traded each of em a 5 pack and guess what? They all sent 8 to 10 gars and all I sent was a few dried up dogrockets. You can only Imagine my embaressment. =)

Welcome Again and I hope you enjoy yourself!

Regards,

B

Thanks for the great welcomes. The Mania over my Moomba is the brand of my wakeboard boat. Second only to my passion for my wife and my gar's (in that order sweetie) She lurks here to.
My life experience's have always taught me, when told to avoid somebody...seek them out. I look forward to someday trading with the greats.

Great Group
