Hello all. It has been almost four years ago that I last posted on the CBID forum (different username). After leaving the military and heading off to college I sort of drifted away from this fine website, but now I'm back and looking forward to all of the stimulating (well sometimes) conversations and debates that arise - I am still recovering from a couple of the verbal lashings from Mr. Slimboli.

I look forward to posting will all of you and I promise I will not talk bad about CBID/CI customer service (I think I saw Digisle jumping off a bridge here in Pittsburgh the other day...).

Your military experience will stand you in good stead as you experience the renewed lashings from the fabled LoD ... of course, that only happens if you don't mind your Ps & Qs, and I'm sure you'll be minding them ...

Thankfully, your prior experience here means you won't be asking any cello on or cello off questions ... however, you should be aware that in the interim since you were last here, a policy was established whereby a new guy OR a guy who just LOOKS new because he changed his name, has to buy cigars for all the old guys ... just like the fellow in that Wendy's commercial had to do for the card playin' bunch ...

Make mine a PAM, would you?

SteveS, I'm glad you warned me because my first 3 questions were going to be: 1). Is it better to store my cigars cello on or cello off; 2). What does ISOM mean; and 3). What's you favorite cigar. I can't believe those 3 questions have been asked before...

As for the "new guy" buying cigars for the rest of you all I have a great cigar called "Bad Frog" I would like to send you all...please, don't make me keep them any longer or I might actually try and smoke one and that would probably be bad!

Welcome back to the fold. Once, you were lost. Now you are home. Sell all your worldly possesions to support this site and send all your cigars to me. (unless they are Bad Frogs)

The cello on or off question actually gets asked on a regular basis ... no kidding ... I think it's about to resurface too, because it hasn't been asked for at least 10 days now ...

As for the Bad Frogs ... Rickamaven is our designated Bad Frog recipient ... it's sorta the reverse of a designated driver in that he does all the Bad Frog smoking and the rest of us abstain ...

If I take the cello off of my Arturo Fuente (AF) Chateaus and my Upmans (U) in my humi will they mutate and start tasting like a used gym sock? Will they become A....FU?? :P

hi and welcome back....I'm sorta new here but I suspect very little has changed in 4 years...especially the questions us newbies ask..maybe you'll be the one I can trade with for a AF signature...if you check the boards you'll see that I have been begging to no avail...phenix
