I have searched here and other sites looking for this cigar. While I have found an assortment of Anejo's, none are labled Shark. They are all listed as Reserva #?. Is Shark a nickname for one of these or is it just so difficult to locate.
Either way I have never had the pleasure (I assume it is a very good cigar but then everyone has his or her own tastes) of smoking one.
How about offering me your opinion of this and any info of where I can locate one to try.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Ron

Extremely difficult to find them (limited release, only certain times a year), and they do not say 'Shark' on them. They look just like the Anejo Xtra Reserva ... except ...

... they are box-pressed at the foot ... and about half way, they round out aand taper to a torpedo cap ...

LOL @ JonR ...

In all honesty ... I really don't think there is that much difference between the rest of the Anejo's (as far as the blend of leaves used and the flavor profile) ... except for the shape.

Slim,
Thanks for the info... knew you would give me the lowdown {not to be confused with Lowman ;0)}. Too rich for my blood. I will try a trade.
Thanks to everyone for feedback,
Ron

You might want to check with the person you just mentioned (and I hope he doesn't mind) ... at one time he was able to find them locally for around $16 to $18 each ... but when available, they go quickly.

... they are not an inexpensive cigar, by any means ...

Lowman --- you forgot to add, that I have never smoked an origianl release Anejo 49, and I only had one, and held on to it for three years waiting for that perfect moment ...

... and ended up sending it to you in trade of something equally elusive ...

Enjoy it my friend, that's what it's all about ... and I want a review!

$495.00 a box...whew

and I was thinking that Cuban Bolivar Petit Corona Cabinet Selection 5 x 42 50 ct. US$ 200.00 seems like a nice price.
