I posted yesterday about the mayorga coffe infused cigars. I put them in the top tray of my humi for only a couple hours, then i thought about it and took them out because I didn't want then to flavor the other cigars. Now my humidor has a slight smell of the coffee cigars. I removed the tray and let the humi air out for a bit. Will my other cigars be flavored after that short of a time, and will my humidor retain the coffee flavor? I hope I didn't screw up all my other cigars!!! Thanks!!

I think it would take a little more time than that. Perhaps several days to a week or two for them to really get to know each other... Of course if they shack up long term, be prepared for ugly children!

Hi, I generally keep cigars I have that aren't in glass tubes in seperate containers.
In the same container, they would all tend to taste the same after a while.
Just my opinion.

ESK, I'm glad you mentioned this.

For years, I've been running a lesser known service for cigar smokers. This provides them with an outlet to dump all tarnished cigars. While we pride ourselves on our work we have been known to lose entire shipments during our rigerous recessitative procedures. It only costs you S&H to box up what problems you have. One of our associates will contact you, and verify the exact nature of your problem for precise diagnostic extremities. Rest assured when we're done with your smokes your problem will be reduced to ashes.

The good Dr. provides an excellant service.
You may want to try removing the tray and airing it out to see if that eliminates the smell.
