I see these are now up for auction. Has anyone tried these? There seems to be a white label, yellow label, and blue label. Just curious.

wb - just got a 5 pack in today, so maybe I'll smoke one this weekend. Kind of interesting stick - it looks like someone lopped off the end of it. I remember smoking FGs way back in the mid-nineties - I remember them as medium bodied. That's all I can remember, but I do know I liked them, and at a good price, I decided to give them a shot again. I'll post again I smoke one.

Thanks, I got CI's catalog and I thought there was a good deal on 4 of them and an otter box for 21 bucks. I may have to try it.

OK wb - I tried one, and can't say that I liked it. It was hot and harsh, no taste at all really. E-mail off list if interested.....type "cigar" in your subject line

Perhaps I need to let them sit a little while longer, but I'm not impressed so far.

I have been waiting on you. Saw a sampler here with an otterbox an almost bid. Had it it the watch but was waiting. I like the size and the idea of a 20 minute smoke but I don't care for the harsh cigars.

thanks for your review.

I have smoked 3-4 the last few weeks. Mine are the Blues. They are a little bit hot and harsh but I kind of enjoy them. They are FAT as the name suggests and although they are short they last around 3o minutes. I have 5-6 more that I am letting rest up.

Speaking of fat, stubby cigars, has anyone seen the Immenso?

My local tobacconist sells these things. They're something like a 4-1/2 x 70!

Ummmm.....ikonoklast - have you been spending too much time home alone? j/k

WB - If you can score a good price to get the otterbox, it may be worth it. Just doublecheck the price on the otter and don't go over that - it will be like getting the sticks for free.

The only FG I have had are the Filipe II "C" & "N".
They seemed to lend themselves to be a spicy smoke that could get hot/dry/harsh. Mine have aged over 6 months and this seems to produce an improved flavor profile.
