Temps are approaching 130 degrees out in the desert and our warriors are in full gear. Granted this is war and nothing is comfortable, but you can help to provide some relief. I am not affiliated in any way with this company, I'm just passing on the URL in the hopes that people will donate the price of a few cigars to help keep these boys from dying of heatstroke. I also ask that you too pass this URL along; this is one chain that truly will make a difference.

Very Interesting site.. While I was deployed over in that region 4 different times.. they Issued us the brown scarfs to wear to keep some of the dust down and to also wet and keep around our necks and over our heads on occasions.. they worked pretty good.. I wonder how well this unit would work? most the time there really wasn't anything to try that would keep you cool.. drink plenty of water and think about how nice it's going to be to see Green Grass again!!!!

This is a local company that has already sent over 1100 units. Sad part is the Arizona Cardinals NFL football team has over 50,000 of these units sitting in a warehouse and won't let them go. The woman spurring the drive was on the radio this morning talking about the Cool our Troops drive. Her husband is a 30yr Marine but not sure which unit.
