I build Humidors, pricey, they start at $800.00 up to $3,500.00. Each is one of a kind, takes 6 weeks to make and are made of 1/2" solid exotic woods with 3/8" spanish cedar interior. I will post one on the picture post soon. They do sell to those that want what I concider a piece of art. If you have a Alfa-Romeo, you wouldn't park it under a sap tree. You pay primo prices for your cigars, but keep them in a tueperware box??? (But I have purchased a couple humidors that retailed for $175.00, and was noted as Burlwood and one as Redwood, but after looking at the finish under a photo lupe, it turned out to be burl and redwood shelf paper.....not wood.)Just a note, if it say's it a certain finish, ie: walnut, mahogony and such, it's most likely pine wood with the mentioned wood as a stain only.
