Am I missing something or is there a way to get a different shipping option than ground UPS.
It takes 10 days for cigars to get to me.
Which, to be honest, really sucks.
I looked for options to go with faster shipping and there doesn't seem to be any.
I know for a fact that priority USPS is not that much more and is a whole lot faster.
Anyone know where I am missing the shipping option?
And yes, I have the ship Daily marked.
And yes, I sent request to them asking, I just thought someone may know.

Talk about 0 patience... Just Kidding, I'm in Germany and they get here sometimes in 4 days. Sounds like something is wrong.

Hey Man,
Call Customer Service,
I requested USPS, for much of the same reason. They ship all of my gars, that way. If they ship on thurs. I get them Monday, here in Arkansas. If they ship on Friday, I get them on Tues. UPS always took, 1-3 days longer.

as others here in the west have said, I get mine on the Thursday following the day they ship ... which does bring up a point ... IMO, you should stop that daily stuff and get 'em shipped weekly ... you're killing yourself with shipping costs

Ships Thursday, arrives Tuesday here in Tampa.

The only time I ever had anything more than a day off was a package that never made it out of the UPS Jacksonville distribution center. Must have been one heck of a herf there that day! Of course, CBID customer service traced it and sent a new one promptly.

Ships out on Thurs and arrives the following Thurs without fail. Predictability is good for intercepting those boxes. Now where is he?! (waiting impatiently...)

I live in Oregon.
It sits 2 or 3 days in PA, so that is part of the problem.
Once it finally gets to Portland, it is an extra day to me.
I used the form to ask customer service about it and have received no reply yet. That is really irritating.
I guess I'll have to call them.
Suppose their hours are eastern 9-5, so I'll probably have to wait until tomorrow. :(

Man I thought I was the only one in this boat. I cant stand it when they send it by UPS. Always end up getting them on Wednesday instead of monday with USPS. Thought that UPS would be faster seeing as to how they are a private and you pay more for them to take the shipment. Oh Well.

I used the Customer service request and asked about the USPS option.
The customer service here was very accomodating and very understanding, even though I have zero patience. :)
I think if you contact them, you will find they will can change it.
