Okay, I just sent a package to someone that included a a couple of sticks and a Camacho Diploma (which does not have a cello or band on it). The Camacho's wrapper had been split open in transit. Also, I received a Hemingway Classic (in a pouch with several others)recently from another trader and the wrapper was just shreaded. I have heard from another member of this board that this has happen to him too. So I was wondering if this is common with sticks that do not have cellos on it. Should I wrap un-celloed sticks seperately? Or is this just bad packaging that allows theses sticks to move around during transit? And are some wrappers more sensitive agitation then others?

I send out cigars (without cello) the same way I receive
them from CBid. I put the cigars in a zip-loc(s), and fold and tape any excess baggie. Then into a box with some popcorn. If the cigars move around in transit, they do so as one "solid" unit. Of course, if mishandled badly enough....... Anyway, I've never had any complaints from
recipients.

I have recieved some lately that were Not in Cello and they were chewed up I believe it is because they are not protected enough and not packed tight enough for shipping.. I do believe the cello help protect the stick some what but also the packageing has alot to do with it..Just my 2 cents..TinMan

I'll sometimes use plastic wrap or individual baggies for cigars without celo.Plastic wrap may look cheasy but the smokes will not be damaged.
