Have you ever had a Cigar Co. Screw up an order then you cancel it and a month later they ship it and charge you for it.. Then on top of every thing else because of the screw up 3 other checks come in at the same time as the charge and all 3 under $10 each and it ends up costing you $93 in O/D charges..all because of Some idot doesn't do thier job..And as I said all this was supposed to be canceled out a month ago.. Damn I sure whish I could post the Name of the Company and thier Addy would serve them right to lose some business, after all I have to pay $93 bucks out of my pocket for thier screw up....Hmmmmm I think I feel alittle better... Guess this whole deal will teach me not to wonder to far from C-Bid and thier great service..There are Hundreds of other busineses oput there that could take some lesson from C-Bid that for sure.. I guess the Moral of the story is don't do business with a company named after a movie like ROCKY or any of the Other movies spun off this one. Hehehehe
TinMan... Now I feel Better Thanks for put'n up with the Whine'n..

I'm with ya Tin. Thanks for the subtle hint. I'll steer clear. Most companies I have done business with have gone out of their way to provide good service. Just lucky I guess. CBid/CI being tops.

Post it on alt.smokers.cigars (not that I'd ever go anywhere other than Cbid).

ditto. There is one other company I deal with that has just been a pleasant surprise. Great prices and they have even shipped prior to charging me!!

Tinman,
Did they offer any restitution for the screw up?
I have overdraft protection on all my checking accounts, not so much for that reason, but because I make mistakes. ;)
Sorry to hear about your bad experience. :(

"OP" No the only thing they are doing is refunding my money and the Package is being recalled through UPS by them. I asked what about the $93 bucks it cost me and bascilly was told Gee we are Sorry..."Rick" the name isn't two letters its the same as the Movie "ROCKY"..They wanted my Store business and so I signed on with them and the first experince with them has been a reall PAIN in the a$$ I sent a letter to them last night after thinking about it all after noon and told them to claose my account and destroy all information of mine they had that I couldn't afford to lose that kind of money each time I dealt with them.. Heck I would have to move about 10 bxs of Gars to make up for that kind of mistake and then there wouldn'y be any profit there for me to keep things going.. I work on a very low profit Margin on most items.. Not your typical Gar shop.. I just do it because I like the class of people I deal with Most of the time and it does pay for My Gars. I'm Mediaclly retired and pretty much confined to the House any more so it gives me some thing to do.. Then a Butt head like this comes around.. Ohhhh well I know what NOT to do when it comes to customer Service. LMAO..TinMan
Cooled down and NO Rust found. ROTFLMAO..
