I passed by one of NOLA's finer cigar shops and asked if they had the Mx2 from the RTDA. He said that not only that they didn'thave any, they wouldn't be getting any. He related that CAO is only going to ship Mx2's to "brick and mortar" shops - no cigar dealer on the net is going to get any. Anyone else heard this? Is this a common practice?

I called the shop that I frequent frequently, and he said none arriving until Oct/Nov @ the earliest. If he is lucky.
