I was sitting in my dorm room, bored this afternoon around 1, thinking to myself...

WWCGD?

What Would Che Guevara Do?

He'd have a f*cking cigar, that's what he'd do!

So I spent a pleasant hour this afternoon in the courtyard, a cup of French Vanilla roast served up con leche style, and a Romeo y Julieta Clemenceaus.

Now this was a great cigar. I don't know if anyone else has, but I've noticed that the tubed Romeos are more full-bodied than their non-tube counterparts, and boy was it a great full taste. Not only that, but the construction was stellar. I had only to use two small matches to light up and that was it, the burn never once got uneven. It was so solid I only had to ash it three times.

I love not having classes on Friday!

For crappy dorm food, the coffee they serve in my food court is surprizing good! Not bitter in the least, and they're usually good about keeping it fresh.

Have to agree with you on the R&J en tubos. I was gifted a Churchill and was suprised by how good it tasted + perfect burn and construction. Picked up another at my local place just to make sure. This one was perfect as well. CI has boxes of 10 for around $40. For $4 a pop this one blows away quite a few sticks that sell for twice as much.

I can't blame the man either. Although i'm against the coffee and all forms of it. Smoked a tubed Romeo once in my short career, but it was fairly full bodied.

That is correct. My friends, ikonoklast and the godfather, introduced me to this wonderful world of cigars. And what a wonderful world it is!

you have a food court at your college? what has become of the world.

i don't even remember what the place was called, but we had a building with some tables and chairs and some guy would grill lebenon valley baloney and serve it on a roll for a quarter. i think they had other things to eat but they cost more and a quarter for lunch was enough.

i'll bet you have carpeting in your suite. how about a wet bar?

I have a single room and yes, it has carpetting.

No wetbar...but I'm working on that ;-)

Though we do have a food court, the food isn't much better than it was in your day, Rick.
