many of you know this is in my top five for all time favorite cigars. However there is one size in the line, the Presidente I should warn you about. I won a five pack last year, thank god I didn't bid on a box, and I tried to smoke the last one last night and that one and the other four in the pack had impossible draws, I mean a brick wall. All five, useless. So to be safe I would suggest people smoke the toro or rothschild or pyramid #2, as these have always been consistent winners with me. I also tried one of the Churchill size, brick wall with it also.

Hey aberdeen, ever think about getting a 'Draw Poker'. These contraptions really work, and have made many tight draw cigars smoke beautifully. A very useful accessory, along with my 'Cigar Savor'. Speaking of top 5 cigars, many, MANY moons ago I sent you a 5-pack sampler of Napa Reserve Canary Island's. I'm disappointed that I haven't heard one word from you since you emailed me to tell me that they were a little dry, and you were going to let them rest in your humidor awhile before trying one. What gives? Are they still waiting for you to try them? I'm anxiously awaiting your opinion on them ...

I have a draw poker actually, but to be honest I prefer those small items, what are they, long thin piece of steel with a very sharp end and a circle on the other, used for cooking, a skewer I think. I like these better, but believe me, no amount of poker or skewer would unblock these Puros Indios, just trust me.

Slim, I just had the second of the 5 Napa's you sent me. YUMMY! Nearly burnt my finger smoking that thing to the nub. Abs, you should revisit these smokes. Thanks again, Slim.

I sent them to him a long time ago. I don't know why he's ignoring me ...

slim, I am not ignoring you! did I not send an email thanking you? To be honest I haven't tried one yet, they were pretty dry when I got them, so I started out placing on the top of my cabinet and am gradually working them down to slowly bring them back to humidity. I was actually planning to have one this Sunday.

Abs, do you really plan that far ahead on which cigar you are going to smoke?

actually I do, I usually plan out my cigars for a week in advance. However, sometimes I will change depending on an uncalculated mood. But every Saturday night I have either a Puros Indios or Cuba Aliados.
