Could someone tell me where I can purchase kiln dried Spanish cedar. I know I can get some scrap peices from cigar boxes, but I'm looking for larger sheets, so I can cut it to my specs. Thanks to all who help.

I've used this place,
http://www.rockler.com/ecom7/favorites.cfm?&DID=6&sku=569&cs=1
They are pretty reasonable and have a ton of other stuff, to customize things.

In San Jose we have a lumber co called Southern Lumber. They carry all your standard woods, but they have a special section with exotic woods. They have every kind of wood you could possibly think of. I bet there is some kind of similar lumber co near you.

the one link I posted above Woodfinder.net is great for locating by Zip Code...

the other one is Lumber across the country and even overseas woodweb.com

I do allot of Business with Rockler.com... they have an outlet in St Charles Mo. there wood prices are a bit pricy!!! but for hinges and such... can't find a better... I've used them for hardware parts on many projects... and never have bitched about defective parts to date!!!! I also purchase tools through them... and can't b!tch there either LOL... Great Service!!!

Tonylum, I was going to build a large humidor, but opted not too. I have 10 sheets or 4ft x 2ft sheets of authentic spanish cedar that I got from Mike at MD Cigars. Email me if you are interested in some or all of the pieces.

Check lumber yards in your area. Don't go to Home Depot or Lowes. Get to different lumber yards, away from the city. You'll find it in big boards. You'll have to rip it (table saw) and then edge glue it to pieces to fit your particular application.
