A friend from work is leaving Wednesday for vacation, and was wondering if there are any shops, restaurants, etc. that roll or sell cigars.
Please let me know by Tuesday evening.

Ybor City is your best bet. Just walk down 7th Ave. Since the smoking ban...don't know of a restaurant that allows smoking anymore. Even the mighty Columbia has fallen. There are plenty of stores and outlets in the area. Do a search on Yahoo or Google...you'll find them.
