My first cigar review

I have decided to write my first review, because I have the need to share this information with everybody.
This is for the Sinatra My Way, which is hyped up as the $300/box that is selling for much less. I bought a 5 pack off of c-bid a while back and they have been resting for a month or two, so I decided to break one out yesterday. As a preface, I was expecting a medium bodied cigar, and I understand that these are at best a mid-range cigar. Here goes the review...
I lit it and the first few puffs produced a nice ammount of smoke. The draw was perfect and the burn was even. The first inch had a slightly sweet taste, very pleasant. After the first inch, the sweetness went away, and I have only one word to describe the rest of the cigar.....BORING! That's it. Right up until I tossed it it had the same flavor, which was nothing special.
Ok, so maybe my first review was more of a venting session and an expression of my dissapointment, but I guess I'm learning not to believe everything I read.

I checked out those cigars too, and also did it MY WAY. Which is, I won't be smoking those again.

I know someone that LOVES them. But he is a big Macanoodles fan too. So tharrr ya go!

I agree...if the gar cost a quarter, it would be worth having around to pawn off on someone...but not enough taste to make it worth it.

I had almost the exact same experience with the Maxim's De Paris. Just plain boring. I am learning to become leary of the big closeouts that c-bid always have. Don't be afraid to experiment but remember to trust your instincts. If a five pack is only selling for seven bucks on c-bid. There's got to be a reason. Just my two cents.

i do purchase the Maxim's de Paris. Great price. But very light and a bit boring but great to hand out at parties. the occasional smokers are impressed.

I gotta agree about the My Way's but I do like the Maxim's. For an everyday smoke at about $1.25 a stick they are hard to beat except for the Sila closeout at $.60 each. What do you think is that much better in the same price range?
