Yeah...good idea. Sorry to say that I don't have much confidence in kids actually taking care of the device. Unless of course, it can be installed on their cell phone!!! Also, the cost in America would leave only upper-middle class folks access to this. No way in hell will the cost be subsidized by the government on any level.

But what the hell do I know?

Perhaps the government should fund a program to use nanotechnology and create a device so small it could be put onto sperm.
That way you could keep track of all your sexual partners.

Of course, for some of us that may only result in an easy to find right hand...

You've evidently never lost a kid.
I had read on this subject and they had discussed the unit bein integrated into a wrist watch type deal. Not sure how it works or how well, but from experience, I would pay for it for my kids, were they still little.
