If I had to guess, I'd say it is Bill Clinton's answers to Ken Starr's questions during Monica-gate. and/or the Whitewater scandal.

Or it could be Regans answers, during the Iran-Contra investigation. Or any other politician, in any other investigation. Is it the Bush CIA Leak scandel??? Who knows, ALL POLITICIANS LIE, AND HAVE SELECTIVE MEMORIES, it's part of their jobs, in their opinion.

President Clinton's January 17 deposition that have been made public in the Paula Jones case, his memory failed him 267 times. This is a list of his answers followed by a number that indicates how many times he gave each one.
