I have refuted a paypal charge, and was credited back my money from paypal. It's easy, go do it.
I ordered a book and the guy never sent it.. 4 months later, I did get a book from him, and he sent me the wrong one anyway.

Contact the credit card company through which you use PayPal. They'll cancel the charge. The seller, certainly, knew that a PayPal charge could easily be reversed, so be cautious about closing the door to a source you may want to use. This could have been a simple mistake. If the fellow isn't answering his phone, it's more than likely he's out of town. He certainly wasn't going to get rich on your $20.00 purchase.

Very True SteveR....
Hello Russ, I have been out of town. I left instructions with my brother to send you the Zebrawood samples, but he did not. When I got back in yesterday, I sent them out to you. I have posted your UPS tracking info below. Do you know how many boardfeet of Spanish Cedar that you want? I will call you tomorrow to talk to you about it. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks, Wynn

All is Resolved....
Now I can get back to Butchering my Posts and Buchtering my Wood LMAO!!!!!!

Well I got my Shipment of the Zebrawood in today.. Veterans Day... it sure is Pretty wood.. I cannot wait to hack it up into something.. and see how well it is to work with... that SOB turns out to be me..(wish I could underline that part) because the man made good on his delay.. he shipped me an extra 4 bdft of lumber... I sent him a thank you and although it did take some warpage during the kiln it still looks pretty damn good for small projects...

It is very easy to have Paypal refund your money. The problem is Paypal never bothers to contact the other party. My brother was paid via Paypal, shipped the item and had confirmation. Then Paypal reversed the charges. He is still trying to collect the money.
